Here is a video showing you how to get your Pampas super fluffy! We deliver our Pampas tightly packed with the stems tied as it ensures our delicate flowers reach you in perfect condition. This means you will need to take 1-2 minutes to fluff up your pampas on arrival. This process is only mainly used on larger pampas Grass, however it can also give a fluffier effect to your smaller stems.
First of all I was very very disappointed. Was very concerned about my order because I had no tracking details. I had to try and contact the website via email but they wouldn’t send. I tried getting in touch on social media (instagram) and still no luck. This was a month later and I’d still not received anything or heard anything. I thought at this moment it might be a scam.
I managed to find them on Facebook to message them luckily that had worked and I’d been informed over messenger that my parcel had been damaged in transit which I never received an email for. I thought communication was very very poor. They did offer a full refund or to re order. So I took the risk and re ordered and they sent me tracking straight away and within 5 days it arrived. It was the worst experience I had received having to wait 1 month. Overall pampas bouquet was lovely. Just very disappointed with the customer service.
