If in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order we will accept a return from you within 14 days on arrival of purchase. 

To return an item, please email thepinktoucanco@gmail.com with your order number and details on why you are returning. Once we have accepted your return, quick and easy steps on returning this will be sent to you. 

Please bear in mind, it is your responsibly to return the item in good condition, in the same condition as sent to you. 

Once we have received the item, a refund will be issued to your account and original shopping cost will also be refunded. 

Damaged Item 

We will refund your order if the item on arrival is damaged. However, we require photo proof of this. Please email sales@thepinktoucan.com for more details and service.
