We aim to provide the fastest delivery we possibly can to our customers. Due to the size and dimensions of dried flowers, we may ship vase orders in separate packages to the dried flowers to ensure protection for this delicate product. 

For our larger dried flowers and pampas grass, Hermes are our preferred courier who provide a 2-4 working day delivery time. Letterbox bouquets will be sent royal mail 1st class next day delivery. Vase orders have a slightly longer delivery time of 3-5 working days. 

Our guest books have a 1 day making time, they are then shipped with royal, as 1st class packages.

In the event of a problem or delay, we will automatically refund your order if it has not arrived 12 working days  days after your order was placed.
