First of all I was very very disappointed. Was very concerned about my order because I had no tracking details. I had to try and contact the website via email but they wouldnโt send. I tried getting in touch on social media (instagram) and still no luck. This was a month later and Iโd still not received anything or heard anything. I thought at this moment it might be a scam.
I managed to find them on Facebook to message them luckily that had worked and Iโd been informed over messenger that my parcel had been damaged in transit which I never received an email for. I thought communication was very very poor. They did offer a full refund or to re order. So I took the risk and re ordered and they sent me tracking straight away and within 5 days it arrived. It was the worst experience I had received having to wait 1 month. Overall pampas bouquet was lovely. Just very disappointed with the customer service.
